The Cameo Spotlight Design Team is Complete

The Cameo Spotlight Design Team is now complete! All of the applicants have been contacted. We want to thank everyone that sent in a submission. Those that did not make the team this time around are encouraged to keep trying.

We'll be announcing The Cameo Spotlight Design Team on August 1 at 9 a.m. (EDT). Wait until you see who's waiting in the wings to inspire you with their endless creativity! This stellar cast has been assembled to delight and entertain you with their amazing projects. Please stop by and say hi for the very first TCS team debut on August 1.

We also invite you to dazzle us with your creations in our first challenge beginning August 11 at 10 a.m. (EDT). Hope to see you there!

The Cameo Spotlight DT Call

The Cameo Spotlight Design Team Call has officially ended. Thanks so much to those of you that responded! There were so many talented designers and fantastic projects it was a joy to view them all. We'll be letting everyone know if they have been selected for this term or not by July 25 at 9 p.m.(EDT). If you find you've not been selected please know that everyone was seriously considered and we'd love for you to try again next term.

We'll be announcing the new TCS Design Team on August 1 at 9 a.m. (EDT). Our first challenge will begin on August 11 at 10 a.m. (EDT). Hope to see you then!

New Challenge Blog Coming Soon!

This is a new challenge blog for paper crafters who love to use their Silhouette Cameos and Silhouette SDs to create cards! The Cameo Spotlight is a place where every player gets a chance at the SPOTLIGHT! Are you ready for your CAMEO ROLE?

If you love to use your Silhouette to make cards or tags then this challenge is for you! Mixing stamping and cutting files is always welcome. If you've been neglecting your poor little Cameo or SD and wish you had some motivation and inspiration to use it more, then come join us!

DESIGN TEAM CALL

Of course we'll need some experienced Silhouette Cameo users to join our Design Team. Maybe that will be you? I guess that all depends on how you answer the following questions:

• Do you own a Silhouette Cameo or SD?

• Do you create cards or tags using your Silhouette?

• Would you like to challenge yourself and inspire others?

• Do you have an active blog?

• Can you take well lit photographs of your projects?

• Do you enjoy visiting and commenting on player's blogs?

If you answered yes to these questions then you may be just the person we're looking for! The term is for 6 months from August - January 2013. The challenges are every other week. So you'll only need to create 2 projects per month. Easy Peasy!!! 

This call will be open from July 10 and ends on July 24 at 9 a.m. (EDT). Please email us with 3 samples of your best Silhouette Cameo cards or tags with a link to your blog and a list of your design team experience. (no experience is required)

Please Email submissions to rockwelldesigns@gmail.com by July 24 at 9 a.m. (EDT). Also please type in the words "The Cameo Spotlight DT Call" into the subject line of your email. We'll announce the designers by August 1. The first challenge does not take place until August 11.
